How the CAB Works
Quarterly Strategy Sessions
3-hour virtual meetings with SpacePe's VP Product, Head of Engineering, and CEO. Agenda: review previous quarter's shipped features, demo upcoming releases, vote on roadmap priorities, and open discussion on pain points. Every session produces a documented action log shared with all CAB members within 48 hours.
Weighted Feature Voting
CAB members get weighted votes on the product roadmap - proportional to their plan tier and usage volume. Top-voted features are prioritized for the next quarter's development sprint. Historical win rate: 78% of top-voted features shipped within 2 quarters. Features influenced by CAB: treasury management module, multi-entity support, real estate escrow, and bulk payment CSV templates.
30-Day Beta Early Access
Every new feature is available to CAB members 30 days before general release. This isn't just early access - it's a structured beta with dedicated Slack support, weekly feedback surveys, and direct access to the feature engineering team. CAB feedback during beta has prevented 12 production issues in the last year that would have affected all customers.
Direct Product & Engineering Channel
Private Slack workspace connecting CAB members directly with SpacePe product managers and senior engineers. Bug reports are triaged within 4 hours (vs. standard 24 hours). Feature requests are responded to within 48 hours with a status (accepted, under review, or declined with reasoning).

Quarterly Business Review
Dedicated 90-minute session with your Customer Success Manager and a solutions architect. Review your SpacePe usage analytics, ROI metrics (time saved, error reduction, cost savings), feature utilization gaps, and optimization opportunities. Includes benchmark data comparing your usage against anonymized industry peers.
Annual Executive Roundtable
In-person gathering (Delhi, annually in February) of all CAB members with SpacePe's founding team and advisory board. Industry-specific panels, regulatory outlook briefings from SpacePe's legal team, best practices sharing between CAB members, and a preview of the annual product vision. Previous speakers include RBI policy experts and banking CTO panelists.
Priority Support Tier
CAB members are automatically upgraded to Priority Support: 4-hour bug triage (vs. 24-hour standard), dedicated Customer Success Manager, monthly health check calls, and annual on-site training refresher for new team members at no additional cost.
Industry Recognition
Featured in SpacePe customer stories and case studies (with permission). Invited to speak at SpacePe webinars and industry events. Acknowledged in product release notes when a CAB-influenced feature ships. LinkedIn co-branded announcements for major feature launches.
Roadmap Transparency
Full visibility into the 12-month product roadmap - not just the 'planned' items shared publicly, but internal prioritization status, engineering resource allocation, and estimated delivery timelines. CAB members know what's coming before anyone else.

Joining the CAB
Eligibility Criteria
Active SpacePe Business or Enterprise customer for 6+ months. Consistent platform usage (minimum 100 transactions/month). Willingness to commit time to quarterly meetings and beta testing. A designated representative who understands both the business and technical aspects of your SpacePe usage.
Application Process
Express interest via your Customer Success Manager or email cab@spacepe.io. Applications reviewed quarterly by the CAB Selection Committee. Criteria: industry diversity, use-case coverage, engagement level, and willingness to provide constructive feedback. Current wait list: 4-6 weeks.
Member Commitment
Attend at least 3 of 4 quarterly meetings (virtual attendance accepted). Participate in at least 2 beta testing cycles per year. Provide honest, constructive product feedback - we value criticism more than praise. Respect confidentiality of pre-release information shared during CAB sessions.
Term and Renewal
CAB membership is for a 12-month term, renewable annually based on continued eligibility and engagement. Members who miss 2+ consecutive quarterly meetings are placed on inactive status and may be replaced. There are no fees associated with CAB membership - it is an earned privilege, not a paid program.
