2. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Session authentication cookies maintain your authenticated state across HTTP requests. These are essential for platform functionality and cannot be disabled without rendering the platform inoperable.

Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) protection tokens prevent unauthorized commands from being transmitted on your behalf. These are security-critical and mandatory under our security architecture.

Load-balancing cookies ensure your requests are routed to the optimal server instance, maintaining session continuity and platform performance during peak usage periods.

Payment processing session cookies maintain state during multi-step financial transactions - payment approvals, KYC verification flows, and bulk upload operations. Disabling these interrupts transaction integrity.

3. Functional & Preference Cookies

Dashboard preference cookies store your layout configuration, preferred views, date range defaults, and notification settings to provide a consistent experience across sessions.

Authentication integration cookies support Single Sign-On (SSO) flows with Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD, and SAML-based enterprise identity providers.

Feature interaction cookies record which onboarding tooltips, product tours, and feature announcements you have acknowledged, preventing repeated display of dismissed items.

Locale cookies store your language, timezone, currency format, and date format preferences for the platform interface across sessions.

4. Analytics & Performance Cookies

We deploy Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to collect aggregated, de-identified usage data for identifying usability issues and improving platform performance.

Analytics data is processed in aggregate. We do not use analytics cookies to build individual behavioral profiles, serve targeted advertising, or share data with ad networks under any circumstances.

You may opt out of analytics cookies at any time via the cookie consent banner on first visit, or subsequently via Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences within the platform.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Banking partner cookies: During payment processing or KYC verification, our banking partners (Yes Bank, IDFC First, RBL, and others) may set cookies necessary for their authentication and fraud prevention systems, governed by their respective policies.

Customer support infrastructure (Intercom/Freshdesk) sets cookies to maintain live chat sessions and provide continuity across support interactions.

SpacePe does not permit any third-party advertising cookies. We do not display advertisements, participate in ad networks, or allow ad-tech vendors to set cookies on our platform.

6. Your Rights and Controls

Browser controls: All modern browsers provide settings to block, delete, or manage cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from functioning.

Platform controls: Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences to view, modify, or withdraw consent for non-essential cookie categories at any time.

Do Not Track: SpacePe respects the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, we disable all non-essential analytics and functional cookies.
