The Daily Nightmare - Before SpacePe
4 Hours Every Single Morning
The finance team of 4 started at 6 AM every day to process driver payments before the 10 AM deadline. The process: Download yesterday's trip completion data from the fleet management system (Excel export). Calculate each driver's payout (base + per-trip + incentive - deductions).
